Responsible for managing a client book and proactively reaching out to ensure client satisfaction and retention while continuously hunting and closing new business.

Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

Following up with prospects several times throughout the entire sales cycle to ensure needs are being met.

Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective buyers.

Compiling and analysing data to find trends.

Providing professional after-sales support.

Manage the entire sales cycle, from finding a client to securing a deal.

Developing sales strategies and meeting sales quotas.

Staying current on company offerings and industry trends.

Maintaining a database of contact information.

Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.

Handling and responding to complaints and resolving issues aimed at client contentment and preserving the company’s reputation.

Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.

Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.

Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.

Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.

Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.

Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.

Qualifications:

Diploma in Business/Marketing/Information Technology or related course.

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Sales and Customer Relationship Management.

Familiarity with IT products/services and technical experience would be preferred.

Knowledgeable of market research, sales and negotiating principles.

Knowledgeable in CRM software is a plus.

Comprehensive and current knowledge of company offerings and industry trends.

Up-to-date knowledge of the latest processes and IT capabilities to continually work on automating and modernizing existing systems.

The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities.

Excellent verbal and written communication/presentation skills.

Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel. PowerPoint and Outlook).

Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.

Organizational and time-management skills.

A business acumen.
